Safety Information Warning Precautions
Before you start therapy, you should consult your doctor and take a review of medical history in particular with your health care provider. Check if you had any allergies of food or medicines or to the ingredients of Tadacip. Incorporate complete details of OTC medications, herbal pills, dietary supplements, and prescription drugs.



Avoid Tadacip If:

*You are restricted to do vigorous activities due to faint cardiac health

*You have a history of heart problems like arrhythmic disorders, heart attack or stroke.



Tadacip must also be avoided if one or more of the next states apply to you:

*Liver disorder

*Kidney disorder (or if you are on dialysis)

*A blood cell disease like sickle cell anemia, leukemia, multiple myeloma,

*A bleeding disease like hemophilia

A stomach ulcer; retinitis pigmentosa (an inherited condition of the eye), a physical deformity of the penis (such as Peyronies disease)



Get emergency medical attention if you have any symptoms of heart attack. If you feel anything like chest, neck, shoulder, or jaw pain; insensitivity of an arm or leg; dizziness, head ache, nausea, stomach ache, or vomiting; fainting; or vision variations, during sexual activity or any other vigorous activities, then stop doing it right then.



The usage of alcoholic drinks is not recommended while taking the medication because alcohol is a muscle relaxant which will effect the result of the medicine in an opposite way.



Other than this, mild drowsiness or blurred vision may be felt while taking Tadacip. This will stop happening once the body gets used to the medicine.



So, it is advised that you avoid tasks that require mental alertness. For eg, driving, controlling heavy machinery, etc until you know how your body responds to the medicine. Do not get up if you feel dizzy or giddy, come to the standing position slowly.



Some medicines cause reactions to Tadacip. Tadacip is famous to react adversely when combined with specific medications. The side effects may be mild in nature but can be critical sometimes. These medicines include:



Nitrate medicines in any mode (Ointments, patches, pills). For example, Nitrolingual, Nitrostat, Nitro-Dur, Minitran, Nitro-Bid, Deponit, Transderm-Nitro, Isordil, Dilatrate-SR, Sorbitrate, isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, Monoket, ISMO).

Recreational pills termed as poppers.

Bosentan/Tracleer;

Warfarin/Coumadin;

Cimetidine (Tagamet HB, Tagamet);

Antibiotic erythromycin (Eryc, E-Mycin, Ery-Tab) or clarithromycin (Biaxin);

Medicines Doxazosin (Cardura), Terazosin (Hytrin), prazosin (Minipress);



HIV medicines like tipranavir (Aptivus), amprenavir (Agenerase), darunavir (Prezista), efavirenz (Sustiva), indinavir (Crixivan), nevirapine (Viramune), saquinavir (Invirase, Fortovase), fosamprenavir (Lexiva), ritonavir (Norvir), lopinavir ritonavir (Kaletra), atazanavir (Reyataz), or nelfinavir (Viracept);



An antifungal medicine itraconazole (Sporanox) or ketoconazole (Nizoral);

Carbamazepine (Tegretol), phenobarbital (Luminal), or phenytoin (Dilantin); or Rifampin (Rimactane, Rifadin) or rifabutin (Mycobutin).



Important Note:



*Sometimes a state called Priapism, in which a painful erection occurs has been noticed. The erection lasts for more than 4 to 6 hours and cases irreversible damage to the penis. If you notice an erection that does not disappear even after having sex, then talk to your doctor immediately.



*We do not suggest the usage of other ED medicines while on Tadacip.



*Be more careful if you are above 65 and has liver disease.



*Tadacip is not a medicine for women or children.



*Tadacip is a remedy for ED but does not guard against the spread of sexually transmitted illnesses. Therefore, always follow safe sex measures.
